They kindly took food dietary restrictions into account and offered a lot and tasty alternatives.

You can climb 251 steps to the top. We did, and enjoyed the views.
We also did a guided tour of the main attractions of Pisa, the guide we had knew a lot about the place and its history; which helps a lot to understand how life and society used to be in ancient Pisa. I highly recommend this activity.
